Large Size 3D Printed Projects The World's First Ground-Aerial Outdoor Security Robot - O-R3 |

The O-R3 measures over 1.2 meter wide and the whole body was entirely 3D printed and assembled in our studio. The adaptation of drawings we worked on from 2D to 3D and preparing the files and process to be 3D printablable, we completed the project in less than 3 weeks. Traditionally, this production would require a high investment in tools and moulding and would have taken months to achieve the same resuts. 3DPSA is proud to have completed this project and many were amazed that the finished unit was actually 3D printed. The LMV Independence (Littoral Mission Vessel) Model |

The Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN)'s first Littoral Mission Vessel (LMV), Independence, made entirely in Singapore. The new LMVs are smarter and faster ships, equipped with sharper capabilities to further strengthen the RSN's ability to ensure the seaward defence of Singapore. 3DPSA completed a scaled down model which is today exhibited in the Singapore Navy Musuem. Only provided with a pictures of the real LMV and rough technical drawings we completd the entire project with post processing in less than 2 weeks. |

With a birthday coming up, our customer designed a ring specifically with his girlfriend (todaY his wife) in mind. 3DPSA first printed it in a fine detail castable wax, then had it cast in a yellow 18K gold using the lost wax casting method. |
